Rohrbach is the son of Debra McCullough Rohrbach, formerly of Salisbury Township, and Glenn Rohrbach, and the grandson of Frank and Rita McCullough of Salisbury Township. The rank presentation celebrated his achievements over 12 years of Scouting. He completed 96 requiremements for seven ranks and 21 merit badges. He earned three religious awards and the Arrow of Light. His Eagle service project involved planning and organizing the complete remodeling of the sacristy at St. Columbkill R.C.
