Claire C. Dronetti, 88, of Emmaus, died Nov. 4, 2018, in Lehigh Valley Hospital. She was the wife of the late Michael R. Dronetti for 43 years who died July 25, 1993. Born in West Hazleton, she was the daughter of the late John J. and Susan (Zoscin) Pollock.

She was employed by Alto Trucking Company as a bookkeeper for three years and then did the bookkeeping and sewing for the family business, Dronetti Upholstery, from 1963 until her death.

She was an avid reader, enjoyed crossword puzzles, creating Faberge eggs, but most importantly spending time with her family.

She was a member of St. Ann Roman Catholic Church, Emmaus since 1960.

She is survived by sons, Michael J., of Alburtis and Joseph J. and his fiance Jane Davies, of Emmaus; daughters, Theresa A., of Emmaus and Claire M., and her husband William O. Wallitsch, of Wescosville; grandchildren, Jennifer M. and her husband Charles Miracola, and Amanda M. and Lisa M. Wallitsch; great-grandchildren, Riley C. and Alex M. Miracola; brother, Donald Pollock and his wife Wanda, of Gilbert, Ariz. She was predeceased by brothers, Raymond, James, John and Jerome and sisters, Mary and Gertrude.

Funeral services will be held 10:30 a.m. Nov. 9 in the Schantz Funeral Home, P.C., 250 Main St., Emmaus, followed by a Mass of Christian Burial 11 a.m. in St. Ann Catholic Church, 415 S. Sixth St., Emmaus. Viewing hours will be 7 to 8:30 p.m. Nov. 8 and 9:30 to 10:30 a.m. Nov. 9 in the funeral home.
