Retail theft

Angel Rivera, 33, no known address, was charged with retail theft and false identification to law enforcement 12:05 p.m. Feb. 28 following an alleged theft at Stein Mart, 3300 Lehigh St. Rivera allegedly was found wearing a belt with a price tag on it and gave a fake name to police. He was taken to Central Booking for processing.

Carolyn Detwiler, 58, of Macungie, was charged with retail theft 5:38 p.m. March 5 following an alleged theft from the pharmacy in the Lehigh Valley Health Network - Cedar Crest.

Two males in their early 20s cut the cables on three iPhones displayed at T-Mobile, 3300 Lehigh St. 11:37 a.m. March 6. The pair fled through the rear of the mall. The phones are valued at $2,650. Whitehall Police Department reported a similar incident 20 minutes later in their area. Police are investigating.

A Salisbury resident in the 1300 block of Fairfax Street told police 1:33 p.m. Feb. 28, an unknown person opened accounts in her name. She was a victim of the Home Depot breach and was notified by Experion.

A 33-year-old man, of Allentown, was charged with alleged possession of a small amount of marijuana 2:13 p.m. Feb. 28 following a traffic stop in the 1600 block of East Susquehanna Street.

Ryan McCole, 37, of Shenandoah, was charged with alleged possession of a small amount of marijuana 11:05 a.m. March 4, while at Lehigh Valley Health Network - Cedar Crest.

A 36-year-old man, of Wescosville, was charged with alleged possession following a traffic stop in the 1200 block of South Cedar Crest Boulevard 8:16 p.m. March 5.

Sanch Sodbinow, 28, of Piscataway, N.J., was charged with driving while under the influence following an alleged incident in the Lehigh Valley Health Network - Cedar Crest parking deck 4 a.m. March 1.

Police found a counterfeit $100 bill when returning items to a resident 1:15 p.m. March 1.

A 28-year-old woman, of Strausstown, was found to be driving while under suspension and with an outstanding warrant from Schuylkill County following a traffic stop 2:01 a.m. March 3 in the 1000 block of East Emmaus Avenue.

Rosa Paredes, 39, of Allentown, was charged with simple assault and summary harassment 8:25 p.m. March 3 following an alleged incident at Lehigh Valley Health Network - Cedar Crest.

Champagne Daniels, 36, of Allentown, was charged with simple assault, harassment, disorderly conduct and defiant trespass following an alleged incident 5:22 a.m. March 7 in the 1700 block of South Albert Street. The victim is an 83-year-old man. She was taken to Central Booking for processing.

An Amazon package was reported missing from a porch in the 900 block of East Susquehanna Street 8:10 a.m. March 5. The value of items in the package is $293.47.
