Nutrition Inc. has been providing the East Penn School District with their cafeteria food for as long as I can remember.
One of the concepts I believe that they should focus on more would definitely be offering various kinds of choices for students who have food allergies.

As is tradition, fifth grade classes from Harry S Truman Elementary School and Western Salisbury Elementary School come together for a visit to Salisbury Middle School at the end of the school year to learn about sixth grade and ask questions.
Robert Harold Grozalis, 68, of Lower Macungie, formerly of Hackensack and Pompton Lakes, N.J., died June 20, 2013, in the Lehigh Valley Hospital, Cedar Crest, after a courageous two-year battle with cancer. He was the husband of Mary (Carolan) Grozalis. They would have been married 46 years June 24. Born in Kingston, he was the son of the late Thomas J. and Kathryn (Gibbons) Grozalis.
He graduated from Hackensack High School in 1963 where he excelled in football, wrestling and track and field.
He retired from both United Parcel Service and Federal Express.
Willis R. Brinker, 93, formerly of Vera Cruz, died June 18, 2013. He was the husband of the late Arlene (Schaffer) Brinker who died in 1989. Born in Center Valley, he was the son of Benjamin and Estella (Fogel) Brinker.
He lived in Center Valley until moving to Vera Cruz in 1957. In 2010 he moved to Phoebe-Miller Personal Care Community in Allentown.
Ronald J. Voyden, 70, of Macungie, died suddenly June 20, 2013, at Lehigh Valley Hospital, Salisbury Township. He was the loving husband of Patricia S. (Kemmerer) Voyden. They were married for over 49 years. Born in Allentown, he was the son of the late John and Marie Voyden.
Before retiring, he worked for Kraft Foods, Fogelsville, for 26 years.
He was a member of the Macungie VFW.
He is survived by his wife; son, Gary J. of Macungie; granddaughter, Kayla Lynn; faithful canine companion Tinkerbell.
Ellen E. Reppert, 86, of Macungie, died June 19, 2013, at Lehigh Center Genesis Elder Care, Macungie. She was the wife of Donald A. Reppert. They celebrated their 65th wedding anniversary May 23. Born in Coplay, she was the daughter of the late Raymond and Florence (Ward) Ribacosky.
She was a member of St. Paul's United Church of Christ, Trexlertown.
She was a graduate of Northampton High School and earned an associate degree in English with one year at Kutztown College and one year at Moravian College.
