PUBLIC NOTICE INVITATION TO BID Notice is hereby given that Coplay Borough will receive sealed bids online via the PennBid Program (www.PennBid.net) until 4:00 P.M., prevailing time on June 5, 2018 for the Coplay Alley Rehabilitation Project consisting of inlet structure replacement, stormwater piping, bituminous pavement restoration, and other improvements. All Bidding Documents will be available online at no cost at www.PennBid.net beginning at noon on May 17, 2018. An abstract of the Bids will be available to Bidders on PennBid at the date and time that bids are due, as indicated above. In addition, bids will be publicly opened and read aloud at the Coplay Council Meeting on June 12, 2018 at 7 PM in Council Chambers. Bids must include a certified check or a bid bond, with a corporate surety authorized to do business in Pennsylvania in accordance with the project specifications in the amount of ten (10%) percent of the total bid amount, all as posted through PennBid. A Performance Bond or certified check in the amount of 100% of the contract shall be furnished by the successful bidder as detailed in the Instructions to Bidders. PUBLIC NOTICE THE CATASAUQUA AREA SCHOOL DISTRICT

PUBLIC NOTICE THE CATASAUQUA AREA SCHOOL DISTRICT will receive sealed bids in the District Administration Office, 201 North 14th Street, Catasauqua, PA 18032 until 1:30 PM (prevailing time), Thursday, June 7, 2018 for up to one (1) new conventional style CE Model diesel school bus (or approved equal). The bus may be either 72 or 77/78 passenger vehicles and may be 2019 or 2020 model year vehicles. The school district reserves the right to acquire, one vehicle, or no vehicles. The school district is seeking delivery on or before October 16, 2018 a price for each of the following (1) purchase price for an immediate purchase; and (2) total payments under a sixty-month lease. A lease must provide an option for the school district to purchase the vehicle at the end of the lease for $1.00. The terms and conditions of any proposed lease must be pre-approved by the school district by June 7, 2018. Bidders who intend to submit bids for lease financing should submit proposed lease documents for review by the school district by June 7, 2018. Bids will be publicly opened at the District Administration Office and read aloud immediately following the deadline for receipt. PUBLIC NOTICE ALLEN TOWNSHIP MS4 POLLUTION REDUCTION PLAN FOR STORMWATER DISCHARGES Pursuant to the requirements of the Allen Township MS4 (Municipal Separate Storm Sewer System) permit application, a copy of the draft Allen Township Pollutant Reduction Plan for stormwater discharges of nutrients and sediment to local surface waters for the Dry Run Creek, Hokendauqua Creek, Catasauqua Creek and Lehigh River Watersheds are available for public review on the Township website at www.allentownship.org and by request at the Allen Township Municipal Building located at 4714 Indian Trail Road, Northampton, PA 18067. Allen Township will hold an Informational Kick-Off Meeting concerning the data collection methodology for the compilation of the Allen Township Pollutant Reduction Plan on April 10th, 2018 at 7PM at the Allen Township Municipal Building located at 4714 Indian Trail Road, Northampton, PA 18067. The draft Allen Township Pollutant Reduction Plan ("Plan") will be presented and the Board shall accept public comments upon the Plan at the regularly scheduled Board of Supervisors meeting of July 10, 2018 (7PM) at the above address. The Plan includes stormwater system maps; the existing loading rates of sediment, phosphorus and nitrogen; the required pollutant reductions as identified by the Pennsylvania Department of Environmental Protection; proposed stormwater best management practices to achieve the minimum required pollutant reductions, the project sponsors, partners, and probable funding sources for each best management practice; and the responsible parties for operation and maintenance of each best management practice. The plan will then be available for public review and comment starting July 10, 2018, at which time the Board of Supervisors will consider the comments received for inclusion with the Final Draft Plan.
