Q. What grade are you in?

A. I'm in 12th grade.

Q. What is your favorite subject? Why?

A. My favorite subject is definitely English. I've always loved reading and writing, but this year I also have a really great class. The teacher and the other students are really cool, and since there aren't many of us, we are able to have really meaningful discussions.

Q. Have you received any special awards or recognition?

Winter concert a success; new a cappella group performs

On Dec. 13, the annual chorus and band winter concert was held in the Salisbury High School auditorium. Students had been preparing since the beginning of the school year. Traditional songs such as "Angels We Have Heard On High" sung by the newly established a cappella group "Descant Get Enough" and "The First Noel" sung by the chorus were just two of the highlights of the concert.

"I enjoy the singing and getting to know different people," sophomore Hannah Phillips said.
